FAQ"Write or call us on WhatsApp." Same for cancellations. A late player's slot is released by hand after 15 minutes.

FAQ"We don't accept payment through the website." Card or cash at the court. No prepayment, so a no-show costs the slot.

FAQA WhatsApp group. Staff add players on request and match levels from memory.

What a player sees
Open the app, tap a time, pay. An account is needed only to book.
- 1Home. Free court times today, open matches, next trainings, your membership and wallet.
- 2Book a court. Location, 60 or 90 minutes, start time. Pay alone or split four ways.
- 3Lessons. Pick a coach and see their real availability. Packages are credits you schedule one hour at a time.
- 4Open matches. "Saturday 18:00, level 2 to 3, need 2 players." Others join and pay their share.
- 5My bookings. Next game on top, receipts, add to calendar, chat.

Lessons and coaching
Six coaches, four price levels, groups for kids and adults. The app sells it and keeps count.
- 1Private lessons. Assistant, coach, senior, head coach. 1, 4 and 8 hour packages at your prices. Hours are credits the player books against the coach's calendar.
- 2Group programmes. 8 lessons a month, 3 to 6 people. Missed lessons are deducted. The player sees what is left.
- 3Trials and one-offs. Tuesday and Saturday trials at 350 or 500 ₺. Minimum head count, waiting list.
- 4Coach login. Weekly hours, schedule across both locations, mark sessions done, chat with students. No access to money.
Memberships, as on your price list
Each plan is a set of rules the app checks at booking time. Nobody has to ask if they may play.

Paid once or monthly auto-renew. Members see their price on every court and lesson before paying.
Open matches and player levels
Replaces the WhatsApp partner group. Fills courts that would sit empty.
- 1Level 0 to 7. 1 beginner, 3 intermediate, 5 advanced, 7 pro. New players pick a level. Competitive results move it.
- 2Create or join. "Sat 18:00, Oba, level 2 to 3, friendly." Public or private. Each player pays their share.
- 3Court held when paid. After the first payment, or all four, your choice. A match that never fills cancels and refunds itself.
- 4Level groups. Players are grouped by level, each group has a chat. Message "all 3 to 4 players" at once.
Events and tournaments
Sign up, pay, waiting list, group chat. Annual members get in free without anyone checking a list.
Events
Social nights, kids' days, clinics. One price, min and max players, guests or not, registration dates. Multi-court events block the schedule.
Tournaments
Americano and Mexicano with automatic rotation, knockout brackets, round robin. Women's, men's and mixed. Scores entered from the court, live standings.
Per event

Payments, wallet and receipts
Cards in lira, cash at the desk, and a club wallet so players prepay.
Card payments
iyzico or PayTR. Stripe does not serve Turkish companies. Money goes to the club's account. Prices in ₺ with the € next to it.
Wallet
Top up, pay from balance. Offers like "pay 5,000 ₺, get 5,500 ₺". Refunds return to the wallet in seconds.
Vouchers and codes
Gift vouchers online or printed for the desk. Discount codes for a campaign.
Receipts
VAT included, breakdown on the receipt. One row per payment in Finances.
Refunds
Cancel inside the window and the refund is automatic, to card or wallet, per activity type. Staff can refund any amount by hand.
Unpaid shares
A friend never pays? The booker's wallet goes negative up to a limit you set, and they cannot book until it is settled.
Messages in the app, not on your phone
- 1Club inbox. Players write to the club. Any staff member answers under their own name.
- 2A chat per booking. Every match, lesson group and event has one. Archived when it ends.
- 3Push. Booking confirmed, someone joined your match, lesson tomorrow, a spot opened.
- 4Campaigns. "Everyone who has not booked in 60 days" gets a message in the app, by email or WhatsApp.
- 5FAQ and rules. In the app, three languages, shown before every payment.
The club office
One browser tab. Laptop at reception, phone on the court.
Schedule
All courts on one screen. Click a booking to see who and whether they paid. Every activity in one table with paid and unpaid tabs.
Customers
Level, membership, wallet, history, no-shows. Approve membership purchases.
Finances
Payments with filters and export, wallets, unpaid amounts, refunds. Revenue by activity and location.
Reports
Occupancy per court, revenue, cancellations, active players, coach performance. Day, week, month, year.
Settings
Hours, courts, prices, holidays, about 45 rules with defaults, the in-app FAQ and terms.
Roles
Owner, club admin, staff, view-only staff, coach, head coach. Fixed permissions per module.
Keeping players coming back
Once bookings run through the app, the club knows who plays, how often, and who went quiet.
Loyalty tiers
Phase 3Silver, gold, platinum by spend. Perks: court discount, free hours, book earlier, cancel later. Promotion is automatic.
Segments and campaigns
Phase 3Describe an audience in a sentence, send a message. Summer tourists, members with unused hours, level 2 players for a beginners' night.
Discounts
Phase 1Codes with limits and dates. Off-peak rules on memberships, for example 30% off weekday mornings.
